- 6:45-8:00 a.m. Race Day - Packet Pick-up
- 7:30-11 a.m. Kaiser Permanente Women’s Fitness Festival and Expo
- 8:00 a.m. Start, 5K Run Wave 1
- 8:10 a.m. Start, 5K Run/Walk Wave 2

START & FINISH
The Start will take place near 9th and L Street and participants will finish on 10th Street in front of the State Capitol.
